So very sorry to hear of Franks passing. For us Frank is the last of the old guard from when we moved to Woodland St. some 30 years ago. Always the good neighbor and some how we felt just a little safer having Frank holding down his end of Woodland St.

Frank and Gene were such an integral part of my life when I first moved to the UP.
I was their neighbor and they were so kind to me. Frank always did what he could to help me not get overwhelmed by all the snow. He plowed me out on numerous occasions, took care of my grass in the summer even though he shouldn't have, and became pals with my dog Tucker, often feeding him peanuts on his front porch. He watched over me like a father figure and I will treasure that always. He had no idea what that meant to me. I will miss him . Gene-you and your family are in my prayers. Warmest regards- Kim
